The company was started in the year 2014 when it took advantage of the Jubilee government initiate of allocating 30% of Kenyan government contracts to the Youth. Over time , it won tenders in the security sector while at the same time engaging in other sectors of the Kenyan government.

The company currently is 100% locally owned and is situated in Nakuru City, Kenya and it seeks to capitalize on the wealth of experience of its founder and owner in various fields such as Banking, ICT and Engineering.
